[Everything doTERRA] IBS

Hi Rochelle or anyone who might know,
Do you think the results would be the same if S&S were to be used in
place of Lemon Oil when doing the GX/PB Assist cleanse for someone who
has IBS?
I'm hoping S&S will do the same thing Lemon does in the liver while
helping the IBS symptoms at the same time???
Why use S&S as well as Lemon if not needed? I'm thinking of cost, yet
I don't want to go cheap out on benefits!!!

I'm looking forward to hearing Pat's reply to my other post too.
Thanks everyone =0)

Oh Brenda - Slim & Sassy drops are my IBS friend!!!

I started using Slim & Sassy drops & meal replacement shakes for the
weight management benefit. A couple of weeks into it, I realized I
was no longer having IBS symptoms - no nausea, no painful gas, no
panic trips to the restroom 20 minutes after I eat, no painful BMs,
etc. I also quite taking my fiber supplement prescribe by my
naturopath physician and I'm more 'regular' than ever.

I believe the IBS relief comes from Slim & Sassy having all good
digestive oils - grapefruit, peppermint, ginger, cinnamon & lemon.

I have a 20 oz stainless steel water bottle that I put 10 d Slim &
Sassy in. I fill it no less than 5 times/day. I know some aren't
fond of using Slim & Sassy in their water, my water doesn't taste
right without it anymore.

Within the last couple of weeks, my eating habits have changed
significantly - no white's (sugar, flour, rice, etc), no soda, no
coffee and no dairy. Additionally, I have completed 1 round of GX &
PB
+ as well as taking the LLV & Women's Health supplements. I believe
these will help continued relief of IBS symptoms if I don't always use
Slim & Sassy (don't know if I could ever stop the drops though). My
diet is generally organic chicken and some organic beef, eggs, fresh
veggies (broccoli, bok choy, zucchini, mushrooms, etc), some fruit,
almond or coconut milk and green tea.

I am happily IBS free - and it's been with me too many years!!!

Rochelle
