Please use extreme caution about using droppers with your essential oils. I've done some research into the plastics that the orifice reducers use, and they are pretty robust when used with essential oils. HOWEVER: Dropper bottles (with the rubber bulb) can and WILL break down from contact with essential oils. That means you are not just getting essential oils, but rubber mixed in. If you are going to use dropper tops, make ABSOLUTELY 100% sure you always keep them upright so the oils do not come in direct contact with the oils.
That said: I just emailed doTERRA product support asking for smaller orifice reducers for their oils because I've been running into the same problem. They "drop" and pour way too fast, and you end up having to slowly pour, which leads to all the bottles leaking down the sides. There are alternative orifice reducers (the plastic insert on doTERRA bottles) that would actually allow a slower and more controlled "drop," thus not needing to pour at strange angles and lose some of your product down the sides.
PLEASE make your concerns known to productsupport@doterra.com that you would like an alternative to the large orifice reducers they use. Every time I've contacted them, their support team has been fantastic in responding.

I love my droppers and have them in all my oils. I think it is super easy and way less hassle, especially when needing to fill empty capsules. I dont use the stickers and just look at the bottles and have no problems taking my oils with me.
