The upline pays the cost, if there are previous arrangements made then thats good also, but everyone should know when they are getting the incentives they won.

The upline picked up the products free saving ship costs and "sent" to the team leaders dwnline to send to their downline themselves instead of one upline who made the announcement. It confused everybody. The issue here is the shipping costs.
