Cassandra, I know I have already given you way too much advise but here goes again, only because I have been in your place not that long ago. Muscle testing was explained to me like this, everything has energy, us, the oils, food, etc. Our energy knows what is good for it and what isn't, it is drawn to what is good and repelled by what is bad, or not in harmony with what it needs. So just think of when you like someone, you naturally feel drawn to them and want to be near them, if someone really pushes your buttons, you are repelled. It isn't any weird "woo, woo" kind of magic, just plain old chemistry or if you are religious, just our spirit knowing what is best for it. Hope this helps. Have a beautiful day, Stephanie
