[Everything doTERRA] Re: enough fish oil

There is not establish omega 3 dose for any health purpose.
Nevertheless, if you are healthy and at your ideal weight, I recommend
at least to take 900 mg per day of omega 3 fats (EPA plus DHA from the
label), which is close to 3.000 mg of commercial fish oil, as a
preventive measure. If you are overweight or with any health disorder,
to start at 6.000 mg per day of fish oil.
