I personally took 3 a day as prescribed on the bottle. Others have a hard time with that, so you have to do what works best for you.

Gx is a cleanse.  They are more potent only in that the capsules are intrinsically coated so that the capsules don't burst till they get lower into the track.  I had a similar reaction and but not severe at all. It is a normal part of cleansing, but if it gets to uncomfortable or severe, I would do one or two per day and work up.
