Sorry to hear that the ginger is not working! Julie Ann's suggestion
is fabulous. But if you aren't in the position to have this done for
you (i.e. someone who is willing, etc) my suggestion would be to do
some serious visualizations. Meaning this:
1. close eyes and focus on breathing; in through nose, out through
mouth
2. find inside yourself a "grounded" place
(an example: for me, I am in a Redwood forest feeling the support
of the giant trees, sitting cross-legged on the soft, but firm ground,
and can smell the ozone after a rainfall.)
3. while breathing in through nose and out through mouth, say
something in your heart that will remind you of your strengths, or
something that you love
4. return to your grounding place over and over
5. Use Balance if you have it!!!! (This is almost becoming my 2nd
Lavendar)
I believe that this visualization will also help keep the nasty germs
that circulate and recirculate in the airplanes.
