[Everything doTERRA] inflammation on brain

I have a friend who has had a migrane for over a week and finally went in to the doctor and was told she has lymphdema (one of her legs is swelling) and she has swelling/innflammation of the brain, they have no idea why.    I just put her on the candida cleanse (GX assist) but I just finished my bottle so she is just taking the oregano, melaluca and lemon in a capsule and I told her to drink plenty of lemon water.  Any other suggestions?
