I don't know what everyone else will wade in and say....but, I would tell her that if she wants to take it...then just take 1 a day with a heavy meal...if she takes it at all, but, she MUST have the DigestZen to go along with it.  It alone is miraculous for the indigestion, etc...  The PB Assist I would recommend though.             Julie Ann
