Cut back on how many GX you are taking. The capsules you took previously
were not very potent and now you are getting some great cleansing caplets.
If you are reacting badly you need to go down to two or even one a day. Still
stay with the 10 days and be sure to follow with the PB Assist, and don't forget
to drink plenty of water (preferably with lemon).

Lemon. Later I found out it was supposed to be 5 drops each.
I just bought the GX Assist and started them on Saturday. Are these
more potent than making your own? My whole body is blotchy, rashy and
itchy and either I have some serious Candida going on or I'm not
reacting well.
Any ideas?
