This is so crazy! Last night I got home very late because I went to my brothers house to give him an ATT. He has had a bulging disc for about 4 years now and gets cortison shots for the pain. He started looking into disc-ectomy's? So I said "stop" I will give you an ATT once a week for 3 months, but please don't get surgery. So we will see what happens. He loves the deep blue though and has been using that for about 2 weeks alone.

You are so on target with the Aroma Touch Technique. Make sure you really connect with him when starting and be liberal with the oils. It would be a good idea for you to have his wife attend this first session.
Offer the Deep Blue for inbetween the session of ATT, for relief. Of course the Frankincense would be a great addition also.

I have a neighbor with a recent injury in his back, a bulging disc. He has had some steroid shots and is on the 1st of 3 possible epidural steriod shots before the last option of surgery. They want to avoid surgery but he is in terrible pain constantly. I offered to give him an aromatouch and he accepted. I don't really know what it will do but my hope is to at least decrease his pain & inflammation. Is this wise? I am thinking that if I can teach his wife how to do it that it will at least help him prepare if surgery is inevitable as well as recover better from it.Thanks in advance for the insight,Chelsea
