Having suffered with insomnia off and on for years, here are some suggestions. It is still important to diffuse. (I deal with a ceiling fan). Apply lavender below nose close to nostrils. Apply balance first then follow with vetiver to wrist and bottoms of feet, apply balance to back of neck. During the night I will reapply balance. Some nights I use clary sage. I have taken clary sage in capsule. I have diffused breathe with oils such as white fir or lavender or ylang ylang. Sometimes I use cedarwood. Whisper is an oil I apply everyday and night. I have also made sure I have another room in my house to go to on the really bad nights. That helps tremendously. I have a diffuser in that room ready to go. There is also a CD of gentle rain that has helped me. I pray that you will find the right oils that will help you sleep.

Remember that the Alpha CRS (in the LLV pack) is for energy so I'd recommend taking it only in the morning and perhaps even eliminating it altogether for a week or two to see if that is part of it. Beware of caffeine and sugar in the afternoon evening.
I'd also be wary of trusting the fitbit info too much, if you're a "mover" when you sleep it's still going to show that you were "restless and awake."

I have never had issues sleeping. I recently turned 50 so I know as we age things can go downhill...but this seems odd to me. The only thing I changed was a few months ago I started getting up earlier to exercise before work and started eating better. Since then I have been so tired.
