The one thing that I found out about the formula is that it keeps me regular and helps with my IBS. I have diarrhea IBS so this has been such a blessing. The one thing too, is that I started out only using 1/2 the formula. I would take 1 each in the morning and 1 each in the afternoon, and then after about 3 weeks, I took the whole dose. Dont know if this will help or not, but I have seen only great things. The other thing that happens, is that my glucose levels are so much better while taking them. I am type 1 on an insulin pump and seeing much less insulin needed to keep my glucose lower.
