Remember that the Alpha CRS (in the LLV pack) is for energy so I'd recommend taking it only in the morning and perhaps even eliminating it altogether for a week or two to see if that is part of it. Beware of caffeine and sugar in the afternoon evening.
-- I'd also be wary of trusting the fitbit info too much, if you're a "mover" when you sleep it's still going to show that you were "restless and awake."

I have never had issues sleeping. I recently turned 50 so I know as we age things can go downhill...but this seems odd to me. The only thing I changed was a few months ago I started getting up earlier to exercise before work and started eating better. Since then I have been so tired. I bought a fitbit and I see why I am tired. I can be in bed for 8 hours and average 3 hours of sleep as most of my time shows as restless and awake.I take LLV each day...Iron and vitamin B12. I had gastric bypass several years ago and so I need the extra vitamin and iron.
I have tried diffusing oils but there is always a fan blowing in our room so it seems pointless. I have tried applying lavender....serenity...
vetiver...also a combination of them..clary sage and clary calm...breathe. I don't seem to see any relief. Wonder if anyone has any suggestions.
