I'm not well informed in the trauma area, but in regards to the food and weight issue, maybe you can try applying some Slim & Sassy oil on her feet? It's a metabolic blend, not a weight loss blend, so it might help stimulate her appetite. We have used it on our underweight child and have seen an increase in food consumption.
