[Everything doTERRA] Vestibular Migraine/Vertigo

I'm doing research for a dear friend whose sister has been suffering with this for over a year.  she is open to trying oils.
I've found a few articles to help with recommendations, but I'm really looking for someone who may have first hand experience dealing with debilitating vertigo.  her sister is basically bed-ridden and this has taken a toll on their entire family - they have young children.

any help appreciated!

I know LLV's and Frankincense - other oils I've found: Ginger, Elevation, Peppermint, On guard. Lemon

  1. Hope this finds you since you posted a few weeks ago. I have been dealing with this horrible vertigo that is from vestibular dysfunction associated with hashimotos. What I have found to help the most is applying one drop of "neat" frankincense on the top back portion of my head (where a babies soft spot would be) I only need to do it twice a day and it definitely takes the edge off of the spinning and headaches when I get them. I also follow a strict gluten/soy/sugar/dairy/egg free diet. Hope this helps....
