[Everything doTERRA] Re: 6 year old underweight girl trauma filled life

Yes, I would start with on guard daily to get her immune system strong.If she will suck on the lozenges, that would be good too. You can try the children's chewable but neither of my kids can stand them. Juniper berry is a good one for fear and trauma and nightmares. I would do balance as often as you can. Def start slow. Then work up to more oils as she tolerates them. Sandalwood is great for meltdowns. Will she drink a smoothie? You can pack a lot of nutrition into them. Use vanilla trim shake, some spinach, juice, fish oil, probiotic powder, and fruit. Good luck!
