I feel your pain Vicky! I had bad pains the first time I did GX assist, but that was when I was eating Doritos too! If you are taking a full dose of 3 capsules you may want to scale it back. Good Luck. It is only temporary. Perhaps you are getting to the heart of the intestinal issues.
