I was watching a video about oils and the speaker reported that Dr Hill said that something like 80% of the essential oils evaporate before being absorbed into the body and that using a carrier oil helps to diminish that because the carrier oil is heavier. What she didn't say is how to use it for that purpose. Do you apply the essential oils and then the carrier, the other way around or mix them together? Thanks, Sz
