The coconut oil koitiin I mentioned in both the itchy skin and dry cracked hands worked great on my eczema as well. I add a lot more geranium to this than any other oil. I'd leave out the melaleuca and start with 30 drops geranium, 20 frankincense and 15 lavender for a cup of coconut oil lotion.
