[Everything doTERRA] Re: severe eczema...I need help for a friend

I clicked on this because my cousins youngest daughter (3 or 4) has severe eczema and I was recently discussing what oils we could use (she is completely new to oils, i gave her a sample of Onguard for her daughter w/ reoccurring ear infections, and the Intro pack for general use, but have yet to share the best remedy for her youngest.  Using a humidifier in her bedroom helps her skin be less reactive, but even 8-12 hrs away from the humidifier causes her to react to everything and get red/blotchy all over.  I am thinking wheat and artificial dyes and additives, but noticed other comments here and wonder what you ladies think about it being her thyroid and/or thymus?  What do you suggest?
Thanks!

I have a friend whose teenage daughter has severe eczema.  They have tried everything they can think of...from the drugs, to the creams to more natural remedies (wearing amber for example) with very little help.  She just spent $150 for a special pair of silk pants that is supposed to help.   But I was wondering if anybody here would have an answer to her issues?  I know her mom would be open to trying oils, she just isn't sure which ones....so please, if you can help me out here, I owul greatly appreicate it.  Her daughter is so so much pain and discomfort.

thanks.
