I made a spray of water, FCO, geranium and melaleuca for my 7 year old and spray it on her hair daily and have since kindergarten (she is in grade 2 now) and no lice yet! Knock on wood! :) You have to make it in small batches due to the water/FCO combo or you will get mold. We tried it with just FCO and it made her hair a bit too greasy, but with a little added in, makes it so shiny and soft!
