[Everything doTERRA] Re: Early Puberty

I just recently learned that fluoride contributes to early puberty in girls. I think more parents should be aware of this. When you apply toothpaste to your brush, you only need about the size of a pea, not an inch and a half like we see on commercials.
I shared this with a friend of mine who has daughters and she said another thing that is causing girls to experience puberty younger, is that girls are heavier younger. Apparently, when a young woman's body starts to grow "mass", a "inner-clock" tells her body that it is time to start puberty. Another good reason for us to help our young women develop good eating habits and maintain a healthy body weight.
Sorry, my comment did not include any information about oils, but I think we really need to get this message out there.... cut back a LOT on fluoride, and overeating to help our young women stay little girls as long as they can.
