I have an IPC that had that problem because of germaphobia. Lots of hand washing. Hands became very rough, cracked and old looking. Lotions would sting her hands. Someone suggested she try the OnGuard foaming hand wash. Her hands are now very soft and she does not use lotions. When she goes other places and uses other soaps the problem comes back.

My hands become very dry during winter. They will crack and bleed just from flexing my fingers- forget opening bottles and such, to painful. Have been to doctors with no solution. I eat right and drink plenty, no artificial sweeteners either. Going to try making own lotion as have tried literally all over the counter lotions as well as some prescription. Any help or guidance (especially with recipe) on this is greatly appreciated.
