[Everything doTERRA] Re: allergy oils (LLP)...question

My husband is a super-skeptic when it comes to essential oils (he has many hospital-care family members, so he trusts the pharm.) He has year-round allergies, which spike every now and then. If it's during the spring it's pollen if it's during the fall it's tree, during the winter it's home/dust, etc. 

Even as a skeptic he insists on draining my bottles to make his L/L/P mix every night for the last month as he has found success falling asleep and breathing. (I know it's working because he isn't snoring from congestion) But when he wakes up he feels congested again. 

My take away with dealing with his allergy symptoms: the LLP oil combo works, but not indefinitely. He might have to up his dosage (maybe 3-4 drops each, or consider using a netipot <---fat chance) OR to take it again mid-night (also unlikely) to find full relief through the ENTIRE night. 

I'd say dosing would be 2-3x/day, but someone with severe allergies may need to take the LLP drops (or better yet: the new TriEase blend that just became available, which pre-blends them in caps that don't dissolve) every 3-4 hours and slowly back down as the body heals. 

Hope this helps. I know it might be hard to find someone who doesn't believe in their "own" products, but they DO work for us, if that helps you at all.

has anybody ever NOT received allergy relief from the LLP combo?  You hear about how wonderful it is from those for who it works for....but does it ever NOT work for others? 

 

Also, does anybody know..would the "normal" dosage be about 2 times a day...just trying to figure out how long one of the jars would last everybody here....
