[Everything doTERRA] Re: allergy oils (LLP)...question

Everyone will always react differently to the oils and supplements. I have serious allergies and have been tested and have allergies to just about everything to a certain degree but none life threatening thank God! Since I have a seizure disorder I was unable to take any prescriptions or OTC meds to help them so I was so happy when I found out about doTERRA. For me, as an adult I take the veggie caps with about 3 drops each of the lemon, lavender and peppermint about 3-4 times a day depending on how bad my allergies are. I have also found diffusing Breathe blend and smelling it from the bottle helped provide great relief when I was stuffed up do to allergies. You could also put a drop under your nose or on the sinus area which I do at night sometimes. When at home it may be cheaper to get a bottle of veggie caps and the three oils and make your own and only use the gelcaps when out and about. I would suggest you start with the smallest amount and work you way up to see how each person reacts to the oils. Good luck : )

has anybody ever NOT received allergy relief from the LLP combo?  You hear about how wonderful it is from those for who it works for....but does it ever NOT work for others? 

 

Also, does anybody know..would the "normal" dosage be about 2 times a day...just trying to figure out how long one of the jars would last everybody here....
