[Everything doTERRA] IPC near Claymont, DE or Philadelphia, PA

I got a Facebook message from a friend today who is at wits end with a teething baby (3 days no sleep) I told her I could send some samples, but would look for someone near her to help sooner than the mail. Is there anyone who is in the Philadelphia area? Please let me know ASAP, so I can get her contact info to you.
