Please help I have been having alot of problems and actually ended up in the hospital with my BP 186/135 and a pulse of 141 I thought i was having a heart attack. I have alot of oils to work with but still am unsure of what would work best they put me on BP meds but i do not really like taking them but I certainly will until I can get a handle of this. what would you use? thanks so much Barb vbarb1014@gmail.com
