[Everything doTERRA] Ankylosing spondilitis

My friend emailed me with this:  Can anyone help:

I have a dear friend who is (finally) reaching out to me in desperation. Her daughter-in-law has been diagnosed with Ankylosing spondilitis at the age of 22. From reading online, (link below), this is an inflammatory disease which causes the vertebrae in the spine to fuse together. My understanding is she's in the beginning stages of this fusing already, with a recent diagnosis of severe arthritis in her spine which is only a few months to years away from being the case with the fusion for her.

PS - She also has eye involvement with this. She sees black spots on occasion, particularly with flare ups. These are painful to her eyes and, at times, cause migraines.

I would love to get her some help.  Any ideas?
