Wendy, I went on the pill for about 4 months before my wedding... It did everything opposite! I definitely went off it for good.
Has anyone tried a cold laser for their acne? I have one and I cant say much about it... maybe I need to use it more!
I will try a candida cleanse. I was just talking to my husband last night about doing another one. Ive never tried the candida cleanse. Thanks for that suggestion!
