You're welcome Ricardo. I too am leaning more towards them being swollen lymph nodes. I had 2 swollen lymph nodes on my neck a couple of years ago. When they first appeared I had no other symptoms. One was quite a bit larger than the other and hurt to touch. Then I developed a nickel sized area of eczema at the base of my hairline. For months it grew in size and worked its way across the back of my neck. It itched so badly. The doctor did an ultrasound on the lymph nodes and found no masses inside them. He said to watch them and if they grew in size to come back. Meanwhile I started taking the LLV supplements and did one round of GX Assist. One day the eczema disappeared and has never come back. The lymph nodes shrunk down. One is still palpable but very small compared to what it had been. DDR Prime was not available at the time of my experience.
As far as possible injury to your vocal folds or illness, if you feel you have some symptoms of laryngitis or sore throat make sure to give your voice a rest. Our vocal folds can heal from occasional bouts of yelling but can be damaged from prolonged usage under bad conditions. Drink plenty of water with lemon. That helps to keep the vocal folds hydrated. No audible whispering. Whispering is worse for your voice than regular speech. Avoid excessive coughing. Coughing and clearing the throat cause the vocal folds to slam together resulting in swelling and other damage.
I think you are doing the right thing by treating this as a virus. Keep using the oils but also go to the doc and have those lymph nodes checked out to make sure there is nothing else going on.
Take care
