I haven't diffused those particular ones, but during the winter we'd frequently diffuse OnGuard and when we had colds, we'd steam ourselves with oils. My two cats never had any ill effects. But two things to consider are the amount/frequency of diffusing and the size of the space. Cats' sense of smell is much more sensitive than ours so what's enough scent for you may be overpowering to them.
How large an area are you talking about? If it's a small, confined space, like a small, closed bedroom, I'd be especially careful having the cats in there while diffusing. They should be able to move into another area if they want. Our house has a somewhat open floor plan and diffusing in one room will disperse the oils throughout the first floor. Once the scent is strong enough, I turn it off for a while, because if it's too much, I sometimes feel irritation when I breathe, and that's not going to be good for the cats either.
