[Everything doTERRA] Re: Demographic tongue

I used to get this all the time until I found the following info. After using Dr. Hill's protocol I've not had them return for going on 4 months now.  

I believe the Geographic Tongue is just the outward symptoms for something going on inside.  You might want to try this as an alternative.

Helicobacter Pylori [H.Pylori]  - 98% of stomach ulcers are induced by this - which is a bacteria in the stomach, and causes sores on my tongue.

Dr. David Hill's recommendation ....

In a Vegi-Capsule, add 3-4 drops of each:

• Digestzen,

• lemongrass,

• oregano

Take 3-4 x's/day until symptoms subside.  

NOTE: This is a hot protocol and may be toned down by adding FCO with one or 2 of the  oils.

Digestzen contains anise and fennel which are high in phenolic compounds that keeps bacteria and viruses

from infecting cells.

My Note: At one point I did not have lemongrass - so I substituted 1 drop Frankincense for it, and it worked well. Might try OnGuard - less expensive and should be just as effective., I would think.
