I have attached the DDR Prime flyer in case you don't have it. The oil blend 30 mL bottle will last about 60 days, if you take 4 drops with breakfast and 4 drops with dinner as suggested. There are 60 capsules in the bottle but you take 2 per day, so it will last 30 days. The oil blend is much more cost effective, given that they're the same price, though you also need to purchase capsules (which are pretty inexpensive).
