[Everything doTERRA] Re: bed bugs?

Unfortunately, if it is bed bugs they are very hard to get rid of and can live in carpeting, on the box springs (especially the underside) as well as the mattress itself.
Warning to you! Bed Bugs can travel room to room. I have tried using TerraShield, natural tick/flea powder with minimal results or temporary results. I have been told that heat kills them because it dries them out and they cannot survive.

My husband wakes up every morning with a lot of bites on his legs and stomach.  They are big welts.  I use Melaluca and Lavendar on them they are usually gone by night time.  But the next morning he has new ones.  Are these bed bugs?  I thought maybe they may be hives but not sure what would cause them on his legs and stomach.  Anyone had anything like that?  We have searched to see if there are any bugs in the bed and don't see them.  But we are washing all the sheets today to see if that will help.  Someone suggested bombing the room but I had putting a chemical in my room.
