I have done oil cleansing method before. It helped a little but I got a ton of blackheads from it. Most of my problem was whiteheads until the dermatologist got med-crazy. I would take the white bumps any day over this red mess! I just ordered on guard earlier today. I will try that with the oil pulling. Thanks for your suggestion!
