I want to put in a roller bottle some Helichrysum and Frankincense and some fractionated coconut oil... How much of each to use? These are too oils I have on hand, should I get some other oils. My dad has no healing in a complicated bone fracture of his ankle. And for the best application just roll it on his feet or should I roll it around the ankle? Thanks --
