[Everything doTERRA] paralyzed vocal cords and valley fever

I just got this from a friend.  Looking for some help.  Hope someone has some help with this.  Here it is:

I got really sick - tired, achy, chest pains, feverish, etc. An x-ray showed lymph nodes in my chest (as well as other places) were all very enlarged. So they suspected Lymphoma. They cut my throat and went down and took a biopsy to check it out. But, since the surgery, I don't much of a voice. Apparently, the left vocal chord is paralyzed and it MAY get better, but they're not sure. It's been 7 weeks, and still nothing. I read about a guy with a similar experience that was helped by acupuncture. At this point, I'm desperate! Oh, BTW, no Lymphoma (thank God) but a very severe case of Valley Fever.

Thank you so much for the help, ahead of time!  What to do for paralyzed vocal cords AND the valley fever.
