[Everything doTERRA] Need an Oil(s) to thin blood. Friend has Antiphospholipid syndrome

My friend is coming to my EO class on Friday 6/21 and asked I research what oils can help thin blood.  She's new to EO's, is in her 30's, active, healthy, has used herbs for many years, but has had 2 strokes in the last few years.  I've researched on eeoils.me ; the ME book has Thyme, Clove, Fennel for blood clots.  Anyone heard of this disease and any suggestions? She had no warning or physical symptom of a clot.  I will make it clear that I am not a doctor, so am not prescribing.  thanks so much!
She has  "Antiphospholipid syndrome  a disorder in which your immune system mistakenly produces antibodies against certain normal proteins in your blood. Antiphospholipid syndrome can cause blood clots to form within your arteries or veins ....  Antiphospholipid syndrome may lead to the formation of blood clots in your legs, a condition known as deep vein thrombosis (DVT). Antiphospholipid syndrome may also cause blood clots to form in organs, such as your kidneys or lungs. Damage depends on the extent and location of the clot. For instance, a clot in your brain can cause stroke. There's no cure for antiphospholipid syndrome, but medications can be effective in reducing your risk of blood clots."
