[Everything doTERRA] Does anyone has an idea of what this is?

I recently noticed some lumps that appeared on my throat. I checked and found lots of references to thyroid. As we can see from the picture, I marked one lump on my left side of the adam's apple (it a little movable by touch) and 2 bigger ones on my right side, a little bit upper. These right lumps change sizes more often.

The symptoms are a sore throat. I have been worse as if I had a cold coming. In one day I guess that the cold had come and thanks to On Guard and Cinnamon on my feet and internally, Lemon, On Guard, Melaleuca and Oregano, in one day it's gone.
When the cysts or nodules were larger, they hurt when moving the neck.

Now I'm kinda lost.

First, I don't know what this really is. Vocal Fold Cyst? Could be since I believe this all started days after cheering my football team too much. But the upper right lumps leaves me with doubts. And I don't have voice problems or hoarseness.
When I read about Laryngitis, it sound very familiar too.
Maybe I should rest my voice...?

What I know is that throat drops are VERY good but what is even more effective is a drop of On Guard on the back side of the tongue. This is even better than a drop of Geranium (very good too) but... this could be too much???
What do you suggest?
