I have been suffering with acne recently. I have always had a mild case of it growing up but after my wedding last october it seems to have erupted into something ive never had before. Im 26 and i dont understand the bombardment!
I went to the dematologist at the end of october. Of course she put me on antibiotics. When it wouldnt work she would just change the antibiotic. It got so bad I had to go in for an emergency appointment. My ance was so inflamed itchy and hurt so bad she put me on prednisone for 3 weeks. I did the antibiotics for another 2 weeks after that. I stopped my meds since nothing was working. I wish I never went to the dermatologist. It has gotten so much worse than it was. Bright red splotches and pustules all over my cheeks.
I recently started oil pulling. My ance is located on my lower cheeks right by my mouth. I figured the oil pulling would help since it is directly on the outside of the area where the teeth and cheek meet. My skin care routine is very strict. Diet is mostly vegan. Im tired of covering up my face with makeup everyday to go out around others.
Any suggestions on this would be awesome!
