[Everything doTERRA] Zyto Scan results

I scanned my daughter at 3pm this afternoon. She isn't understanding that this isn't a toy and asked to have it done again 2 1/2 hrs later. (she's an adult with disabilities). The two results were so totally different! Can anyone give me some insight on this?
