[Everything doTERRA] Re: Difference between FCO and pure virgin coconut oil???

Whole coconut oil has had the triglicerides mechanically removed. The
triglicerides are what make whole coconut oil go rancid, stain fabrics
and make it go solid at cool temperature. FCO does none of these
things. Although FCO has some health benefits on it's own, whole
coconut oil has all the ones that occur naturally.
