[Everything doTERRA] West niles protocol?

Hi,
I know a lady that is asking me for help with her 34 year old son with west niles. This is what she said abut his symptoms. I need help figuring out what to have her get to help him.

It has had continued attacks on spinal fluid for 10 years now. Also, unfortunately it exhibits in decreased brain function. Slow to comprehend, then slow to figure out the solution. Not dramatic yet but we of course see it. He still holds a job quite convincingly. But. It is like living with the flu. For 10 years. Ache. Decreased appetite. He eats very very healthy though. Takes silver colloidal (?) off and on. He learned not good to take all the time. Dr shulze super food every day.
