Hi, I an wondering how you take on guard to help with throat swelling due to food allergies. I found I am sudden sensitive to avocados and my throat felt like it would close up and I was so desperate I took a bynedryl. Thanks!

Hi Brenda, my daughter had this very same thing. I didn't gave much luck with oils though I have now found that onguard helps with throat swelling due to food allergies. What made the biggest difference was having my daughter treated by a natural doctor who does NAET (Nambudripads allergy elimination technique). I suspected she had an over production of histamine so that's what we had her treated for and, sure enough, that single treatment made a 75% improvement in her skin and itching. It was nothing short of miraculous. I'd highly recommend she try it. Good luck.
