When I started using Clary Sage, I didn't get a period at all, yet my twin sister, who has PCOS and usually has to take RX meds to have a period, started hers. She also told me she slept better. So, I would suggest your friend investigate the hypothyroidism as the other posters have suggested.

Hi all,
I have somebody who has been using Clary Sage for hormonal imbalance (1 drop on both ankles twice a day and then reduced to once a day) for almost two months. She said she has been experiencing hair loss, sleep problems and unusually light periods. She was worried that these were side-effects, is this normal and what should i advise her?
Thanks,
Fatima
