I sometimes buy tubes of arnica gel and use it like a carrier oil. I'm a
big fan of arnica. One of the rare things I still use that isn't
doTerra. If they'd do an oil it would be awesome. Good to know about
helichrysum. Ironically arnica was the only thing that worked for
fibromyalgia pain before I started doTerra.
