Re: [Everything doTERRA] Plantar Fasciitis

Thanks so much Pat!  I've made arrangements to try this out on her nest week.

I have helped my sister-in-law and my daugther with this problem and they both experienced relief. In fact my sister-in-law's has not returned after two treatments.
I used FCO for spreading Deep Blue, Wintergreen and Lemongrass. After applying I stretched the foot as if they were wearing really high heels. I kept the foot stretched like that for at least 60 seconds, rubbed the foot again and then stretched again. I then applied a hot moist towel followed by a dry towel and kept it on until the towel cooled off.
This should be repeated a couple of times a day until they experience relief.

Hi Everyone,
I know I have seen oil ideas for plantar fasciitis, but I can't find it.  I have a fourth grade teacher at my school, who is suffereing from this.  She doesn't have much opportunity to rest her feet during the day, and has a lot of pain.  I feel so blessed to know there are so many of you with so much experience. Thank you!
