Gum disease: OnGuard with Meleuca. Do a pushing and pulling for two minutes at least twice a day.

I use AromaTouch for sciatica.  It is the only thing that stops that pain.  I apply to the trigger point on my back, up and down my whole spine and fan out across my lower back.  I usually mix 4-5 drops of oil with a tablespoon of fractionated coconut oil.
