If you have time to regenerate and repair the knee then start using Frankincense, Helichrysum and Wintergreen (or White Fir) on the knee at least twice a day. This could take a few months but in the meantime you will keep the inflammation down and the pain should be minimized.
I would suggest that you also try the LLV supplements, they have changed my life.
